JOB DESCRIPTION
As F&B supervisor you are the person who steers the team to perfection. You ensure that the team remains up-to-date through coaching and training. You make sure that you have an optimal staff planning and staffing every shift. You are constantly looking for efficiency and set challenging goals for yourself and the team. Moreover, you know how to use every commercial opportunity and you actively make proposals to improve results and increase the turnover of the brasserie.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You have a great sense of responsibility and find quality and creativity important.
You are able to create a pleasant working atmosphere, in which you and your colleagues strive for perfection.
You will be involved in improving the standards of breakfast, lunch & dinner with regard to quality of supply, efficiency in processes and work structures.
You will provide training and guidance for your colleagues to achieve the right level.
You will provide support to the F&B management: making schedules, event planning, time registration, sick leave and banqueting.
You will structure and professionalize the guest contact and monitor reviews.
